Ordering Process

Step 1 - Catalog

Please indicate your color choice as well as the quantity and size of memorial pendants, framed memorials and/or accessories you would like to order. At the end you will have the choice of paying online through Paypal or sending a check or money order.

For an additional cost, you can choose to order the following options:

For memorial pendants:

  • A 36” hand-dyed black or white silk ribbon with silver metallic edge: $ 18.00/each
  • Matching dangling glass earrings: $ 115.00/each

For framed memorials:

  • An iron easel: $ 38.00/each

Step 2 - View cart

Verify your order before proceeding to check out. You will still be able to change your order (the quantity, colors and details) or continue shopping.

Step 3 - Check out

Step 4 - Pay

Payments will be through PayPal, a secure platform. Information regarding this process will be managed by PayPal. Or if you prefer you can send a pre-paid cashier’s check, money order or personal check. Please allow 10 days for a personal check to clear before receiving the kit.

Step 5 - Placing and receiving your order

When your order has been placed, the design process begins by sending you a “Love Ashes Kit” which will contain the following:

  • Sterile vial and spoon to secure the ashes
  • Return box with pre-addressed label and step-by-step instructions on how to safely return the kit to us.

NOTE: Because of the contents, the USPS requires that the box be returned directly from a United States Post Office via registered mail and pre-paid by the customer.
Rural carriers who operate a “post office on wheels” may accept registered mail.

Within two to four weeks of receiving your Love Ashes kit, the finished piece will be returned to you (via registered mail) as well as any unused remains in their original vial.
